Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026
This policy explains how Perry Barr Stadium (“the Site”, “we”) handles information when you visit. We have deliberately built the Site to collect as little personal data as possible, and we never sell data.
Who we are
Perry Barr Stadium is an independent information website covering greyhound racing and betting. For any privacy question, you can reach the Site operator at [email protected], who acts as the data controller for this website.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising trackers. The only data processing on the Site is:
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use a cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate, anonymised page views and basic technical information (such as page URL, referrer, country and device type). It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.
- Server logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Cookies
The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. If we add any strictly necessary cookies in future (for example to remember a display preference), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Links to bookmakers and other sites
The Site links out to third-party bookmakers and resources. Some of these are commercial links — see our affiliate disclosure. When you follow a link and leave the Site, the destination operates under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any bookmaker before you register or deposit.
How we use information
We use aggregate analytics only to understand which guides are useful and to improve the Site. We do not build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not share or sell any data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Because we hold no account data and our analytics is anonymised, in most cases we hold no personal data relating to you. If you have a request or concern, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site evolves or as the law changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
